I am a humanitarian nurse working in conflict countries with an international organisation. I recently deployed to an area of conflict and the living condition was basic and situation volatile so i did want to bring too many personal things so that my bag is light enough to run with. This soap is an all in one and I am very happy with it. I don't need a lot water to use it and it lasted me more than 8 weeks on deployment. I have short hair and i used it for hair, face and body every day. Will buy it again.
